Any EU customer who purchases an item in-stock has 14 days after receiving it to withdraw. Refunds will be processed once the order is returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Rules for Hidden Tracks (any combination of size, model, colorway etc as specified by customer)

EU consumer law has a long-standing exception for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. For these items, customers do not have withdrawal right for these particular items as they are made to order.

Rules for fully custom gloves

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply here since these are not stock items and all elements are chosen by custom are time of purchase.
