Our Process
Shaping
"G" and his team start the process by manually hand shaping and forming your glove at the key hinge points like the heel, web, and fingers.
Leather Softening
We use a custom-made pneumatic machine that applies pressure to the hinge points & outer shell to aid in softening the leather & internal felt.
Re-shaping
Once out of our pneumatic machine, your glove is reshaped by hand again & the hinge points are worked using a Chandler Bat maple mallet.
Conditioning
The last step is applying a light coat of our in-house conditioner to protect and preserve the leather.
