Shipping policy

CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Due to the custom nature of custom gloves, refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges on any Custom or Hidden Track is not allowed. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of ALL custom selections prior to checking out. Once the order is placed it may not be modified or canceled.

If you believe your custom order was made incorrectly, please contact info@old.emerygloveco.com as soon as possible. Please provide your original order number and name within the email.

Note on return requests due to color selections: Color shades may vary slightly from the custom builder on-screen colors due to monitor screen differences as well as variances in the color application processes during production. Leather is a natural product, and small variances are normal.

STOCK PRODUCTS: Unused stock items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from receipt. Gloves will be inspected for confirmation of condition prior to processing a refund. Please contact info@old.emerygloveco.com to discuss starting a return of a Stock product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Gloves purchased at any partnered showcase or “live” event are non-returnable.
