Why a custom from Emery Glove Company?
While many other custom glove companies use a manufacturer’s stock leathers, we select only the finest leather and material to create your masterpiece. Our designs and patterns are fantastic, but it’s even more than that. It’s our daily pursuit of mastery, desire to innovate, and our constant commitment to providing the best value for our customers – such as our brand new, best-in-class Diamond Service Plan which you can read about here.
I see Rush Production as an option at Checkout. What does that mean?
Our rush production option allows you to jump the line and cuts your production time in half (approx 3 weeks excluding QA and shipping)
How long will it take to get my glove?
We know you want your custom glove as soon as possible. We work hard from the minute you order to get the glove to you on average in 5-6 weeks (excluding QA and shipping).
If you need it faster, please note that our rush production option allows you to jump the line and cuts your production time in half (approx 3 weeks excluding QA and shipping).
Will I know when my glove ships?
You will be notified via email when your glove ships, with your estimated arrival date and tracking number. It is important to make sure you provide up-to-date and accurate information in the shipping process. If your address changes in the period between order and arrival, make sure you notify us immediately, by sending an email to info@emerygloveco.com
What is your return/refund policy?
CUSTOM PRODUCTS: Due to the custom nature of custom gloves, refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges on any Custom or Hidden Track is not possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of ALL custom selections prior to checking out. Once the order is placed it may not be modified or canceled.
If you believe your custom order was made incorrectly, please contact info@emerygloveco.com as soon as possible. Please provide your original order number and name within the email.
Note on return requests due to color selections: Color shades may vary slightly from the custom builder on-screen colors due to monitor screen differences as well as variances in the color application processes during production. Leather is a natural product, and small variances are normal.

STOCK PRODUCTS: Unused stock items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from receipt. Gloves will be inspected for confirmation of condition prior to processing a refund. Please contact info@emerygloveco.com to discuss starting a return of a Stock product. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Gloves purchased at any partnered showcase or “live” event are non-returnable.

What is your personalization & design policy?
By uploading a custom logo or personalized phrase to our website, you are agreeing that you have the required permission to do so. Emery Glove Co. reserves the right to request alternate personalization specifications for any reason, including, but not limited to:
- Licensed logos or other intellectual property, such as the name of a professional athlete, or associated images and likeness (NIL).
- Personalized text or custom embroidery that contains profanity or potentially offensive language.
Emery Glove Co. reserves the right to place an order on HOLD until any outstanding personalization issues are resolved.
What are the different leathers & glove tiers you offer?
We use two premium leathers, Japanese Kip and Korean Kip. Each has a slightly different feel. Each is a great choice depending on your style.
Japanese Kip leather is known to have a buttery-soft feel. It is extremely lightweight and has optimal stiffness that will mold to your hand during break in.
Korean Kip leather is known for its durability while retaining a softer feel. It offers flexibility, without compromising quality or ability to customize the shape to your hand.
How Can I Order A Glove?
Go on our glove customizer at www.emerygloveco.com and use your imagination, purchase one our Hidden Track models or select from one of our many gloves in stock for immediate shipment.
What if we have a special leather or webbing request?
Contact us at info@emerygloveco.com! Exotic materials (shark leather, etc.), different glove webs, send us an e-mail. Be sure to send a high-resolution picture whenever possible. As always, special requests may be subject to additional charges.
Do You Work With Professional Athletes / Offer Sponsorships?
Emery customers include some of the best players in the world and some of the game’s top future stars. While we do not offer sponorships at this time, we are always focused on building relationships with those who truly love our products.
